It is true. Although I am following a yogic master for spiritual practices, I already left the chat group of the classmates because of their frequency is far different from mine. I would rather isolate myself. I feel better to ascend independently. 💖

And this period has been SO intense. On my knees intense. 2021/2022 were by knee bender years and I thought I was through that… lol… nah. But im grateful. Stepping back a bit for a while though. Thank you both!!!!
