If you pour gas on yourself and then light a cigarette, do you sue Exxon or Philip Morris?

Thought they were billionaires? 50 million is nothing to a billionaire.

Why did I see this coming 🤣? All of those people entered the submarine voluntarily and at their own risk/peril.

Although I understand their outrage, they’re fighting an uphill battle. These men understood the risks and signed every legal waiver.

I agree, anyone who goes down that deep takes a big risk of an accident.
  • wrongful death? they signed kt clearly saying it was an uncertified sub😂 they knew!!

Sometimes, you should think ahead, and Is it really worth it???? Nope. It’s a boat that sank .

How could you Sue when they signed the contract to go in the ocean 🤦🏽

Insurance companies mostly pay out based on how much potential income was lost. At 77 years old, that’s not much. Just so you are aware, children are basically worth nothing insurance wise, because they don’t make any money. It’s the relatives looking for a payout.
  • Waivers are not worth the paper tgey are written on against dishonesty and gross negligence, any prior knowlege, etc.

I doubt very much it’ll happen. They all signed their life away
  • They knew what they were doing when they got on that sub. 😅 Rich just want to get richer
