As fun as Dharoks is at moons whenever it decides to noodle for multiple hits in a row it feels 10x worse than any other weapon because of the incredibly slow attacks.
  • @ricoooooooo
Eclipse can be the shortest fights if you hit it every time during the stun special. The blood moon is very slow if you don't have a scythe

When using dharok's here set your quick prayers to piety and redemption. Sitting at 20-30 hp is pretty safe and none of the bosses really hit enough to stack you out from there. Saves you from healing too much with food then having to use a locator orb to lower your health again

jagex: we wont put soaking into osrs also jagex: here's armor that is essentially soaking

Good guide, love seeing guides from channels that ain’t the same 4 people
  • @loganpiper6981
Got a laugh seeing that you referenced my reddit guide - Fantastic video homie

Eclipse moon is my fastest boss by far. Simply take an elder maul and parry it's attacks properly and the boss will be dead in 1 down.
  • @SamGlaser-tk3jk
Crystal halberd during mirror phase is pretty sick actually
  • @spongebbwu
Good to see you back, last I saw you at nex you were planning on making a nex guide haha
  • @CptKorn
The bgs during the eclipse parry phase is so goated I love hitting super fast 40s

The reason dragon dagger and dharok works but maucahitl doesn't is because maucahitl actually does two separate attack rolls to hit, so it'd be like making two normal attacks back to back, the first hit is capped at the bosses current hp -1, the second hit recognizes the boss as being already at 1hp because of the timing of it. Dharoks works because the damage cap the boss has doesn't properly account for the damage scaling of the set effect.

Another overlooked aspect of Eclipse Moon is her secondary mechanic which gives a "glancing blow" for your next attack, reducing your damage. This happens if she hits with all 3 attacks of the triple hit, so having high defense and good armor is important.
  • @yuuko6264
of note also is that since defence is the only thing between you and a big dps reduction, hasta being the bis one-handed tank weapon actually matters a tiny bit. fang/hasta on crush/tentacle lets you keep your bss/dfs equipped at all times which is nice compared to something like bludgeon or the maracas, and fang being 5t is compensated for by eclipse parry phase (you could still bring a double-hitting switch to exit that phase early on low hp but honestly i hate managing 2h/1h switches unless mandatory). also i suppose if you were a psycho you could just bring hasta and switch attack styles instead of weapons. bonus tip: the hits come in increasingly strong triples, so wait to cast venge until you take the second hit

Great guide. As soon as I realized you were the one who made the colosseum guide that got me my quiver in 3 minutes of video, I watched this whole thing. I was not disappointed, great tips. Subscribed I still am curious what the best spec weapon is - maybe DDS beats Voidwaker at Blood Moon because of the -2 armor?
  • @Muhzzy
What plugin are you using to have your UI look like that? And how are you hiding the inventory on command? (Dumb question I’m sorry)
  • @NarpPlaysGames
I've been consistently running them with Abyssal whip for blood moon amd then D mace for eclipse and blue, but im changing the attack style between the two accordingly. Not the fastest, but im poor and its consistent.
  • @Sargaxiist2022
Idk imo Blood is the slowest by a long shot. The fact his 3rd hit heals so much makes it so much longer than the others. Eclipse can literally be killed in like 20s because of the shadow parry phase and equipping a BGS/DH Axe/Hally.
  • @Zeptil
All you have to do for eclipse is bring your best 2H weapon for the stun phase. I will stand outside and wait for the ball phase to end before going in because I can one phase him if I bring a godsword for stun phase. That phase ignores weapon attack speed so you can just do insane damage during that phase leaving him at 1 hp. The game will not allow you to kill him in this phase so you'll hit 0s if he's already at 1 hp
