NOTE: This project as been canceled. I didn't have a clear idea of what i wanted to fully achieve with this game and the project quickly became a big mess of ideas and concepts and in the end i didn't feel like it resembled X7 in a faithful way

A PS1 STYLED X7 REMAKE?! This is so cool, I wish you amazing luck on this project.
  • This looks awesome! Nobody ever dares making megaman fangames with the psx era aesthetics, it's really cool to see one at last.

Finally.. The X7 everyone deserves. Keep up the good work my guy.

PSX Megaman X style is peak and severely underrepresented in the fangame, so cool.

This is absolutely bonkers, X7 re-imagined is something i've only dreamt about yet here you are, doing god's work, i look forward to seeing how Axl plays in this format.

Guy just casually waltzes over and turns X7 into a good game. Absolute madman.

How sad that it has been cancelled. I'm sad :c

As an x7 fan I smile seeing this

Just saw the note about this being cancelled. That's a shame. I'm actually a fan of what X7 tried to achieve and between all its hits and misses, I enjoyed it for what it was. It would have been interested to see a reimagining of what X7 could have been in the typical 2D, 32-bit era's style. Unsure what concepts and ideas became a mess but hopefully you didn't feel restricted by the need to somehow faithfully recreate X7. Don't. Again, keyword is "reimagine", as seen in this footage here. It's not like the original; it's probably even better! Consider picking the project back up at some point. The fanbase will thank you. 'Til then, I'll be on the lookout for whatever you work on next!

It's a damn shame that this project was cancelled. Yet again, Axl gets shafted.

I'm a huge fan of X4, 5 and 6. I hope you continue to work on this project, it makes me very happy!

Sad you canceled it, if you didn't cancel it would've looked great with the 16bit demake of x8. The guy changed whole sections that don't resemble the original but it still looks great. Please don't be afraid to have to create your own version of a stage I promise it would work out great.
  • Good stuff. Can't wait to see it fully completed. I unironically enjoy Megaman X7 thanks to its awesome soundtrack, the fact that you can use different weapons/abilities to fight the Mavericks and is one of the games in the series I have replayed the most from the X series despite its major flaws. Can't wait to see future updates.

Que fangame absurdamente incrível Vocês fizeram uma engine que ficou idêntica aos jogos de ps1, ficou tão bom, parabéns!
  • @Sperx
This is the best thing i've ever seen related to X7, fantastic job
  • Amazing job! Actually, X7 had an exciting premise but was ruined by the experimental 3D gameplay. Using the trusted 2D will definitely fix it! BTW, Zero seems to be using his X5's ducking animation instead of his X6 (despite you using his X6 sprites and moveset). Any particular reason for that? Keep up the good work! :goodvibes:

    >32bit graphics >Playable Axl >Fixing X7, the most wasted potential game in series This is great. I wish you to succeed!

i wouldnt be suprized if this turns out better than the original x7
