I hope this style of videos continues bc they are so interesting
  • I like the idea of exploring old Minecraft saves. It's always interesting to see. There's also one things I wonder; have there ever save files of Japanese types of games (JRPGs and similar) on any of those consoles? I can't remember ever seeing any.

My 1st ever gamertag was "crazyassasian" and it took me 2 years to realize I misspelled Assassin with Asian. I am for one not a crazy ass Asian 😅

I’ve been watching you for awhile now (2-3 years) and watching this channel grow has been amazing! From the custom consoles to the Hampton haul and awesome video quality this channel has been awesome! Thanks for the entertainment and good steals on WhatNot! Thanks Jacob and team

Yeah, you should do a series of exploring various game’s save data from used consoles and even memory cards of older consoles. Then try to analyze what they were doing in the game, and speculate on why they possibly stopped or got stuck. It would make for a very interesting series. I sometimes like to do that myself whenever I come across some random save data from a used game/memory card. And I’ve seen other videos similar to that, but with the quantity of your repair purchases, you could possibly have that series run forever. And if you backup the saves to explore them on another main system later, it wouldn’t even have to slow down your reselling process.
  • 7:19 Yes, you can set a photo as the photo channel banner in the photo channel, so it will always be that picture, even if the sd card isn't there.
  • My favorite videos from you are when you snoop through old consoles and build lore to them. So much fun seeing the old/forgotten profiles and Mii’s. Keep it up dude 👍
  • 0:48 NBA 2K18 was the last in the series to release on 360, so it's worth more than you probably think!
  • @MSX98FMDnB
love seeing the history between these consoles and the small glimpses of the memories that were made with them from the previous owners and users its kinda heartwarming and wholesome in a way
  • The blown out wiis are probably because of some capacitor issue. MattKC did a video where he fixed a wii with a video issue with bad capacitors being the cause.

honestly i’d love to see you make a series of exploring old game data that some consoles have. like when you mentioned in the minecraft world, imagine pulling up like MW2 on a random console and they have played the game. it’d be kinda nostalgic seeing their old classes they used to run. or do that with NBA, Black Ops, or any game that you own that they also have data in. i think it would be a pretty cool series imo!

Yeah unless theres any kind of of personal info on any of the profiles I'd leave em be. Always find these vids interesting, appreciate it Jacob! Looks like fun too, never know what you might find. 😂
  • A video of you going into people's old saves on games would be a great series. I would format the console afterward, too, before selling it for privacy reasons.
  • Loving the hamton haul vids, hope they keep on coming bc it's interesting seeing how long the consoles were last used. Imagine if you got one of your viewers console one of these days .😂😂
  • Just discovered your channel yesterday and watched the whole Texas Load and cant wait to watch the Hampton Haul! I actually bought a lot of 4 broken (RROD) 360's where one of them is the Halo 3 green console. I've fixed one of them so far (blown caps) and recorded it but hesitant on uploading because I think the editing kinda sucks and didn't think people would be interested. After watching your videos, I'm thinking about uploading it more now but still don't know lol. Love your videos though, keep em coming!😁
  • for reselling purposes i would delete all profiles, to prevent the possibility of someone guessing the password that could eventually lead to identity theft
  • If our old Xbox 360 still worked, it'd be a very interesting piece for your collection. We had one of the original's that you could only get by winning from the mountain dew caps, got it a week before they hit the stores, lasted a good while, longer than we heard most last. Came with Kameo, and a bunch of Xbox and Mountain Dew merch, so stuff like shirts, hats, ect. eventually we did end up getting the red ring of death, and it never worked again. We had it happen a few times, just not a full ring, usually half a ring, or a quarter ring, we'd shut it off, unplug it, let it cool down for a few hours, and it'd work perfectly fine after. Just we always reset any system to factory settings so there'd be no information on it if we ever got rid of them.

I'm not surprised with the recent play times. I was still rocking my 360 until I got my Series S in 22. And I just picked up an old Wii and am still playing it now! Haha.
