I can remember back in 72 when people thought I was nuts because I loved her music... Mitchell, Montrose, Tool and Fieri ✊️😎

A few dudes that I never thought would hang together. But today… in the 2020’s, all those who remember going to shows when people actually listened & danced to the music, gotta stick together. Plus, any early Tool fan who might’ve acted too cool for Sammy Hagar & the 5150-era of Van Halen (while that was obviously the worst era of VH, being part of the worst era of one of the greatest & most influential bands in Rock music history is still better than most). And as someone who was going to see Tool shows when most everyone reading this was still in diapers or had yet to be conceived, I know what I’m talking about when I tell all you young ‘uns that I wore out my tape of 5150 (while mowing the lawn sometime in ‘89) for a reason… cause it was a damn good album. Now, as for Guy Fieri… I have no f-ing clue. But if he’s ok by Maynard & Sammy, he’s ok by me. And he sure as hell rocks that douchey look of his shamelessly. That said… yeah, it’s still f-ing weird seeing Maynard hang out w/ Mr “I Can’t Drive 55” & a guy who looks like Fieri. But considering the state of “music” today, old rockers gotta stick together.

So love Sammy, he's the greatest human being! Was not a fan of Guy Fiery but he's alright, actually he's so much fun, sadly Maynard is not the coolest or most charismatic guy but can't deny his talent and love for wine. Love Tool but I gotta say I'm more of a Adam Jones type of guy!
