I love that you can almost hear him trying not to roll his eyes at some of the worst clips.

  • Somebody must've hacked into this video, he keeps freezing and the hacker keeps bringing up movie lines.

Whoever's idea it was to keep interrupting the genius with the movie lines in between should get fired.

hacker in movie: turn on computer sammy: this is actually pretty realistic, because you do need to turn on your computer in order to hack other computer

Mr. Robot is so much more realistic than any other clip shown it's not even a comparison. As a programmer, that show was an absolute treat to watch. Literally every single time they showed a computer screen it was showing real, existing tools.

Mr. Robot shows the most realistic, accurate and the best hacking ever shown in all of movies, series or whatever.

I just love how he starts watching every hacking scene with a smile and then it slowly fades away

Mr. Robot has the most realistic depiction of hacking. Period And it's an amazing show you can watch even if you're not a tech-savvy type of a person.

"Hackers" is still my favourite movie. I never liked the visuals (I was a script kiddie) when I was younger, but found out years later when it was finally released on DVD, that the visuals were meant to show how a hacker can easily visualise everything. In particular, the final hack scene with the building style representing file servers, is basically they can just walk through like a library and find/take what they want easily. I think it was a nice touch on the BS required for hollywood, but true to the nature.
