  • For everyone out there that want to change your mental health habits and keep living correctly I would recommend reading book called The 21 former doctor secrets by rachel morgan, she is talking behind industry

I had really bad brainfog when I was around 15 years old. Like severe case of brainfog. Couldn't remember much. Thinking was such a struggle. But as of now. I don't have it anymore. This is what I've done (sorry for the long read): - Sleeping more; I started sleeping around 8 - 10 hours instead of my regular 5 - 6 hours. Those couple hours make up such a huge difference in your energy levels. This way, learning and thinking wont be such a hardship. Sleep deprivation is a serious matter. - Stop social media; I stopped social media like TikTok, Instagram and all the other crap they have now-a-days. When you watch too much social media, your memory will clog up. You probably notice when you go to sleep you have like a million songs playing in your head. Well that's because of that. I went cold turkey, and I highly recommend you do too. My sleep has been very peaceful, despite my stress. - Stop over stimulation; stop stimulation yourself by doing "fun" things. I'm not saying that you should completely deprive yourself from any fun activities. But if those activities don't benefit you, then you should really reconsider what you're doing is really useful to you. I know most of us including me like video games. But they are a really big time consumer, and really turn you into a zombie. I believe they have been the cause for my brainfog. - Stop short-term content(THIS IS IMPORTANT); try to focus on more complex and lengthily content. This could be a book, fiction or non-fiction. As long as it requires you to fully understand what's going on. Or a documentary. Try to grasp something that takes effort and has you sitting down for a long time. This way your focus will increase by so much. I'm able to sit down for hours now just absorbing information. - Process more information in your head; when you learn a new topic. Try to process this as much as you can in your head. Explain it to imaginary people. Pretend that they are asking questions about this topic. This way you know if you fully understand what you've learned. There are probably some other things I can mention. Maybe if anyone is interested I could make a video on how I not only, recovered from brainfog but also became fairly intelligent in a relatively short time. If you have questions let me know! :)
  • Fantastic video . Exactly Protein diet (amino acids) , B vitamins, Zinc and Magnesium helped my brain fog so much . Similarly Hydration is very very important to have the clarity . And one more thing that made a tremendous difference is breathing exercises . Limiting Social Media , unnecessary scrolling and binge watching to repair dopamine .
  • @bediha
The best brain fog video on YouTube.
  • @craigsawyer6453
No joke about the exercise. If I can walk slowly several times a day my brain fog is reduced a lot. Long Covid sucks and forcing a slow walk is hard with MECFS. I noticed early on that my body was burning through vitamins and minerals that support the immune system. I began supplementing so I would not crash as much. I then started cramping and found my electrolytes were out too. I wish this video had been around a year or two ago, everything said is spot on, like managing histamines in the diet... that low inflammatory approach is very helpful. I had an improvement in the last month, for the first time in two years, I bleed normally. It was very disconcerting to not bleed when being cut. I have not used any blood thinners in the past eight months so this is the first step in the right direction I have had in this Covid journey.

Bloody Hell. I'm in the UK and was a Emergency Nurse before retirement.. I got Covid very badly in March 2020.. I have serious underlying health issues and now Long Covid and my Doctors here aren't any help... This just popped up and even though I have been following events since 2019 in Wuhan and follow other Clinicians on YouTube, I've learnt more here than the last few year's. I have a little hope now. My sleep has always been poor and with PTSD from my time in the Airforce . I've been doing Crosswords like crazy to try to get my brain goin again. I now have a lead and I'm now on a mission. Thankyou so much..
  • @Dolphin_457
On a ketogenic lifestyle, 5 pasture raised eggs a day, 4 mugs of black coffee, no sugar, 0 grams of grains, and no carbohydrates for two years---no more brain fog.. Feel very energetic and great..
  • @devildog8873
I don’t think I would be able to function without you! My brain loves your videos 😂 Thank for sharing 👑
  • You've given me hope! Thank you. I took Adderall for a few months and when stopped taking it, within 2 months severe brain fog began. And it's been getting worse, causing ADHD symptoms to also worsen. All of my doctors including psychiatrist & neurologist act like they have no idea what this could be, meanwhile, millions of people are complaining of these same symptoms. How can I find a doctor who specializes in this type of practice, because my doctors are completely clueless?? What do I look for?
  • I've had it so bad that i felt unfit to drive similar to a drunk driver
  • @user-nr7jm1so5j
This Doctor is a genius. Best common sense explanations ...for current complex illness.
  • @Oblisk
Cutting out all the hyper processed junk foods, sugar, seed oils, and especially in my case, everything else except for meat, my brain fog has drastically improved. Going carnivore was my last resort, and wish I had gone on it sooner.
  • @ok-yh8jt
Stopped using Instagram and Facebook ( from 2-3 hours a day to 10 minutes max a day) and I started getting better with the brain fog. My mind is clear, and my thoughts and speaking are concise + I don't feel like a zombie anymore.
  • @ShroomSleep
Amanita muscaria mushroom 🍄 extract is a miricle for me. It crosses the bbb and really helps with my inflammation, helps me sleep great with no groggyness. It also helps me relax and seems to have helped with my allergies.
  • @juelix
Woah, my brain fog kicked in for a second, there, when I saw the thumbnail, and I wondered when Scott Ritter started doing videos on medical topics
  • @thosoz3431
Sauerkraut every day. One tablespoon. Fixed my heavy duty brain fog within 2 weeks after one and a half miserable years.
  • @Fauxchemill
Mine was so so bad . I felt like less of a man. I couldn't think clearly at all, it was so frustrating. Went carnivore as an elimination diet. 5 months in I feel so great. Depression anxiety has gone away I can think so much more clearly. I can't even tell you how much I am ecstatic that I found about this
  • @Thomas-pq4ys
Good stuff. I'm ADHD, possibly a touch autistic, an elder. Dememtia/Alzheimers/brain issues run in my family. My only sibling just passed from Parkinsons. I just wemt through covid... which made me somewhat delusional while in bed... I'm in recovery mode, have no motivation. I have always had sleep issues. Getting to sleep, staying asleep. I have to deal with anxiety, chronic depression. When I get 8+ hoirs of sleep, I'm a completely different human. I WILL NOT take pharma drugs. I am very sensitive to all drugs. When a youth experimenting with illegals, I'd do half of what the peers did and easily be twice as high... was the source of much ridicule. I went through every anti-depressant there is, and every single one was not only useless, they made things worse. What worked best was a gym membership. I still work out, and will once the covid residue subsides, and a modicum of motivation returns. I appreciare your supplement recommendations. I do take supplements, and have for decades. I'm just beginning choline sup's. I need motivation. Now retired, I've so much to do, I've lists of some rather major projects. At least I'm reasonably fit. Good video.

Yes, very hard to accept when you go from annoying astute with photographic memory with a very high capacity to learn, learn quickly, store, encode, etc....then POOF covaidsmoldlymearsenic hits at once, you 'die' in in march 2020, and medical intervention was zero. It was scary, and there is a little PTSD over it because it was like being launched into seemingly rapid onset dementia with no progress, just rapid onset. Scary. The word "fog" is a total misnomer, unless my damage was just extreme.
