Java Edition -

Console Edition -
Download App on phone called "BedrockTogether"
Open app and add server
IP Address - Jmog.volcanware.xyz:22497
Port - 22497
Watch ad to start server
Open Minecraft on console (Keep app open on phone)
Go to "Friends" Tab while the app is still running
Click "withfriends" server and load in
Once loaded in you can close app on phone
