Kaya naman maganda ang BGC city kasi managed and operated by four real estate developers. BGC city is a township city, a well master planned township city before they started developing it.

phils. is grossly overpopulated. like china, india, bangladesh and indonesia. as a comparison, russia has 140million but phils has 114million but land area of russia is 6000% bigger than phils. thats why a lot of filipinos are going abroad.
