They all look thirsty to me. That could be part of the not growing issue and leaf unfurling issues. I totally feel you though, I have a few things I've been contemplating getting rid of, but I always feel bad. lol I definitely need to cut down my collection though because watering takes way too long.

The Birken was the only one of those I bought, and yeah never buying that again, barely grew, leaves reverted to green, the plant got boring after a while. Sometimes we just don't vibe with plants anymore, it happens. Focusing on the plants that bring us joy, and letting go of the ones that don't is important. I can understand why you weren't feeling them.

No offense but your videos could use a lot of editing. Take out the coughs and the “ummms” and the side comments and keep it focused on the content

Some of your pots look to big possibly to the root size. Painted lady looks overwatered. The yellowing.
