コンテンツとしての「映え」は女性2名の方が華やかで、努力も怠っておらず素晴らしいですが、他の方も言うとおり、難易度が高そうなメニューにおいてはベテランのイワヤマさんのテクニックが見事ですね。

ほのかさんとジェンジェンさんをフォーカスしなかったのがいいね。先代の味が継承出来てるのはこの方(料理長?)のおかげなのではないでしょうか。手際が良すぎる。

The young ladies deserve alot of the attention but the men there do needs some love too. They seem quiet and reserved but they work just as hard . I like to hear them speak too.

I've watched multiple videos of this awesome restaurant. The food looks delicious, and knowing the story of the original owner, and how she took over the restaurant when her grandfather got sick. It's a beautiful story, and I'm glad it's worked out for her. The staff at the restaurant even through this video feels as if they are a family. The owner and her best friend are beautiful women. I have to visit Japan and definitely check out this restaurant
