A well presented video. So far I have only made 'non speaking' videos but now fancy adding audio. My wife has just got a new iPhone so I can now use her old one, as well as my own Nokia 7+. I though about recording audio using her old phone and a short lapel mic, then adding this to the video in the existing process. I see you do this too. Even better with voice over situations.
