getting shinespark and morph ball that early is actually insane luck also getting softlocked on blue emmi to only have him drop 2+ missle is just cyber bullying at this point

Randomizer: You know what this guy needs? More missiles. All jokes aside, this kind of thing IS kind of the unfortunate consequence of 1/3 of the game's collectables being scattered missile tanks. It IS funny though.
