I'm disappointed, but not surprised. His excellent State of the Union speech was prepared by a speechwriter and read from a teleprompter. He seldom takes questions, and usually has a list of reporters' questions and an answer card. He prepared for this debate for a WEEK at Camp David. There were no surprise topics, and Trump was Trump. I blame the DNC for not holding him to his promise to be a one-term transition President.

President Biden is a sitting President, he's busy. If President Biden is asked to step down, tell Thomas, Alito, Roberts, Cannon *itch McConnell and tRump to step down. What's the alternative, Dictatorship? I like a US 🇺🇸 President who loves America more than Russia. At least President Biden has a family who loves him and the support of the Kennedy family. Where was Melania? tRump was there alone, no family support. The moderators were horrible.

The guy is 81. And, if he had a cold, it wasn't that surprising he didn't perform well. Yeah, the debate was important, but it was just one day. Take some antihistamines and see how you feel. I'm 65, but even at 50 if I had taken a benadryl and some cough syrup and had to stand up and debate, I would have been like a deer staring into headlights.
