WE lost Elvis, Conway, Faron Young, Johnny Cash, George Jones, Meral Haggard, Pasty, the list is to long to put up here. Now the country music if you want to call it, SUCKS.... :0( Dear God please bring back these GREAT singers so I can hear good country music again. :0|

Great song, I married at 18 ,my husband an entertainer/promoter was 32. Would I do it over again, most certainly, in a heartbeat. Loved him first time I laid eyes on him, was married almost 44yrs when he died Dec2005. He had every thing to do with, who I am today. Some times you just have to take a chance.In my case it was worth it all. Widow of KenAllen

In 1960 when I was a freshman in high school ,my friend and I shared a soda and ate a sandwich so we could play Conway's songs on the jukebox.A memorial service will be held for her ,this Thrusday,Dec 15.2017.

Conway died at Cox Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri in 1993. I was living in Springfield at the time, working for a rock-n-roll radio station, but I still listened to country music and was devastated when I had heard he passed away.
