That was a great harvest for one grow bag!š You don't have to cure them to eat them. Eat them right when you dig them out.

I wasn't planning on trying potatoes since they are usually a good price in the stores, but one YouTuber said Idaho farmers are having water restrictions and she has already seen the prices increase. I haven't taken the time to fact check this, but I may reconsider growing them. I am waiting on my first sweet potato harvest.
