Julius korsaeron fact: in 40k He was killed by an iron hand who didn’t even know who he was and didn’t care. Biggest ego shattering since fulgrim v rylanor
  • The Loyalists have had some pretty amazing one liners in the Siege of Terra; Raldaron's "Get off my wall!", Dorn's response to Fulgrim's speech just being "No." and my personal favourite being Nassir Amit (The OG Flesh Tearer) beating a World Eater in melee twice and each time telling him to "Eat. Shit."

With the last guy I imagine custodians go down there and just look at him and maybe laugh, just leaving him standing forever

Honestly Alpharius standing completely still under the imperial palace for millennia is such a fitting move that I wouldn't be surprised if the thing keeping him there was just non-functional anymore and he was just waiting for the perfect chance to strike
  • Dark Angel's epitomise the strategy of no enemy being able to anticipate your actions, if you don't know what you're actually doing next yourselves.
  • As a Death Guard fanboy; I kinda love how Typhus is Nurgle's favoured out of him and Mortarion. Typhus actually did shit and formed a warband, while Mortarion kinda just sulked for a few thousand years. It just show's that having a Primarch on your side isn't always a useful thing.
  • The raven guard were so good at stealth the moved from 19th to 18th legion in this video lol. Corax strikes again
  • The First Captain of the Alpha Legion is obviously Alpharius. As is The Second Captain, and The Third Caption. He is also Alpharius. It's very simple.

Sevetar was actually last seen in Dark Angel custody, choosing to remain imprisoned even when he had a chance to escape as he feels it would be justice that way to be punished for his own crimes. Considering how he specifically thinks about the "eyeless sharks of Nostromo" while imprisoned, I think he will end becoming the first chapter master of the Carcharodons

I think Marius Gage was the only example that showed that due to warp shenanigans the first generations of marines were older than their Primarchs. He was a seasoned veteran by the time Guilliman was found and they were so damn respectful and honest with each other. More like brothers relationship than a father and a son.

I have this headcannon that as a plot twist, Ingo Pech was still waiting for someone to deactivate the mine after 10K years. And bonus plot twist, Ingo Pech actually was Alpharius which explains why he hasn't done much since the heresy.

Still crazy that Bjorn is what 10,000-11,000 years old or close to it if only Sigismeund got injured and got put into a Dreadnought
  • @dm-rj2zg
Ahriman is one of my favorite characters in the entire setting, I wish he got a few more Ws every now and then
  • Artellus Numeon's demise is actually a bit weirder, he didn't jump into a valcano. After they brought Vulkan to Nocturn to bury him in Mount Deathfire in the hope of resurrecting him, after about a week of vulkan not returning Numeon left all of his astertes gear behind and walked into the wastelands during the time of trials (apocalyptic weather season) distraught that he failed and asking what more he needs to give. A fissure opened up in the ground, Numeon went in and it closed behind him. When his battle brothers realized that he was gone and left his things behind they raced out to find him, riding jet bikes through the ash storms they were looking for any signs of life, and they found one. When they came upon the signal, it wasn't Numeon, it was Vulkan.
  • Forrix did not die trying to board a Titan, he died after boarding one and killing it, he was savouring his kill when another Titan showed up.
  • The "Legion Master" of the War Hounds was actually named Gheer at the time of Angron's arrival. Gheer was mentioned one time and immediately killed by Angron so he wasnt notable. He was preceded by Lhorke who was the original Legion Master before being entombed in a dreadnought. Lhorke is a PoV character in Betrayer. Both of these facts come from Betrayer by ADB.

I find it really sad that Lorgar went from a father who abused and humiliated him unless he showed absolute loyalty, to a father that abused and humiliated him for showing absolute loyalty.
  • Kharn is the 8th Captain to finally convince Angron to accept the World Eaters Legion after 7 previous Captains failed miserably. And 8 is the sacred number of Khorne.
  • With the 15th legion, azehk ahriman was the chief librarian. I think it was Amon who was first captain and equerry
