Dumaguete is the capital town of Negros Oriental in Central Philippines. It is said that this is a "place of happy people". I believe so. The distance between Manila and Dumaguete is 502 miles (657 kms). There are two ways to travel there, by plane or Ferry.
This trip to Central Philippines was special to both my husband and I. We were excited to the see our friends whom we haven't seen for quite a long time. We spent a couple of wonderful days with them. We hope to visit them again in the future.
