The entire story of the second portion of Dragon Ball's original manga run. Some call this "Dragon Ball post time skip" or "DBZ" but most just call it Dragon Ball Z- the second series animated for the franchise. A lot of people r barely remember the events of Dragon Ball Z it so here's a summary of the whole thing - minus Toei Animation filler!

I’m 40 years old. Used to read the manga and never watched the anime. Seeing your recap videos was the best. It truly captures the essence of the saga. Brings back memories as well. Great job. Looking forward to seeing the next recap of Super.

It really is kind of insane how alot of us never watched Dragon Ball as kids and were just dropped right in the middle of things with Z.

In the manga, the amount of dialog during Namek's impending destruction can be reasonably read in 5~7 minutes, so if you assume the fighting is happening at an impossibly fast pace that's merely slowed down for the reader (which, considering how fast they are said to move during Dragon Ball, while being literally a thousand times stronger on Namek, should be accurate), the "plot minutes" might as well be actual minutes.

10:52 is the moment i fell in love with this video. I've seen too many skip Dragon Ball, only watch Z and say afterwards how the story was lacking something that was covered in DB. Also i love how you say facts about how Goku gave up his life twice for his son and planet but he's a selfish fool of a bad father for some reason.
