There will never be another Cliff. But Jason was a excellent replacement. Creeping Death was the greatest live song ever when Jason’s was playing/singing it. Newsted deserved better.

Man, Trujillo is a great bassist...but Jason had an awesome vibe , kick ass vocals and great energy. Respect to Robb...but I miss Jason. Great bassist, great musician, excellent performer.

2:47 Hetfield's vocals are iconic, legendary and amazing, BUT Jason sounds amazing here and it would've been cool to hear him sing more stuff and bring his energy to it.

Metallica is a unique band that has had the privilege of having 3 amazing Bassists grace their songs, album's, and stage. Cliff will always be Metallica soul. Robert is great and the best replacement for Jason. Jason....man oh man, he was the heart that brought the soul together for Metallica. He deserved better. He's like Dave Grohl, he's got talent to play multiple instruments and a singing voice.
