    I you use good quality cable ties, they are not "releasable". They contain a stainless steel "grabber" insert that cannot be undone. They are usually made of tough nylon that can be pulled much tighter than the cheaper plastic ties and are UV stabilized. If used outside, cheap ties will break in a year of weather exposure. I have nylon cable ties that are still tight after >20 years outdoors. Some clever ideas, though.
