I read an article that stated elites including celebrities, athletes, politicians, etc., are exempt from paying any carbon taxes. “Rules for thee, not for me.” None of these people have the best interest of their constituents, customers, fans or for that matter, the earth in mind. They are hypocrites and should be held to the same standard as any other.

While I do think it’s ironic that Taylor Swift of all people is on that list, I also would like to reason that Taylor Swift is incredibly famous (like the other celebrities on the list) so it kind of makes sense for her not being able to go on a public plane because people will be coming up to her left and right and probably crowding her which would make it uncomfortable for her and the crew members on board.
