4 words: "Bass solo, take one"

The intro to Would? still gives me chills to this day
-
There is no way to leave off Under Pressure. Iconic.
-
Never realized how good and massive sounding that Pearl Jam bass intro to “Jeremy” is. Excellent.
-
RIP Cliff Burton. I never get tired of listening to his work.
-
Slap like if you... ops, wrong channel
-
Mccartney's bass line on "Silly love songs". I mean....phenomenal!
-
Chris Squire has a couple gems. Heart of the Sunrise has that blazing fast intro, and Long Distance Runaround (which may not count since the the bass doesn't start in the first measure but instead kind of echos the true beginning of the song but in a much more interesting way).
-
" I got two words for you. Lemmy. " Rick Beato 2019

My #1..."One of these days" by Pink Floyd. Roger Waters' bass on this song defines it from the beginning to the end.
-
One Of These Nights played by Randy Meisner always gives me chills
-
The guitar tone you had for "Would?" was spot on man
-
I must confess I'm outraged that “NO MORE TEARS” is not on the list. Hehehehe! For me it's an iconic Top 3!
-
I never get tired of that baseline in Mudshovel by Staind. So simple and so good!
-
Geddy's intro in Cygnus X-1 is cooler than Turn the Page...especially with having to wait almost 2 minutes to get there 🤘
-
Dee Dee shouting 1-2-3-4 is my favorite intro by a bass player of all time
-
When he said krist novoselic didn’t get enough recognition. I felt that
-
Jethro Tull's Living In The Past definitely deserves to be in the top 20.Its one of the coolest bass intros ever -- and its also in 5/4 so its doubly cool.
