My fav thing about the sophia thing is that no-one else in the hotel ever acknowledges her existence. She's always teleporting around and while characters will mention each other they never talk about the blue lady in the room. It's such a neat reveal that you're like "wait a minute that makes too much sense"

There's actually some really cute bits of lore on the mask of the Cat and Fox, about how Cat thinks he's deceived Fox into believing he's her brother (which at the time he did because he needed her help to survive) and how he feels guilty about it and worried that she might find out whereas Fox has figured it out long ago but still accepts and cares for him as her brother and doesn't harbour any resentment about it. Frankly, they're probably some of my favourite characters in the game, if for nothing else, then for the reason that side characters usually don't get hopeful endings in soulslikes. The best they usually can hope for is "Dying in the knowledge that they succeeded at what they set out to do" (looking at you, Siegward of Catarina). But for Fox and Cat, well they get out of the mess, have a real chance to actually get Cat's eyesight cured and they're both willing to stick together as family.

Did Bricky ever upgraded the hookshot arm to the max? Imo even if it's not the best arm it's certainly the coolest to use. That follow-up attack is satisfying af.

Man, I'm still really sad I didn't get the real ending on my playthrough, I think I said the truth one time too many. Also, I'm still baffled by how Bricky just straight up not liked Venini, he was such a cool character. Also, the comparizon with a Resident Evil plot really did escape my mind, I haven't played any since RE2, so I'm not so tired of those types of plots.

I've been waiting! Not to be mean, but I hope Bricky actually struggles on these last few bosses. The difficulty of the game got nerfed SO hard since launch.
