Wow! 7 days! I don't think I've gotten a wash & go to last beyond 2-3 days. I have had some success with Naptural's winter wash & go technique though.

Either Paul Mitchell "The Conditioner", or Herbal Essence "Totally Twisted" for leave in (depending on how Im feeling that particular day. Then a kind of shingling in of Eco styling gel. That's it. I think my first video showed my wash n go regeime

The trick is in how you put it up at night. The four plait technique stretches my hair more each night. Check out my Wash N Go in ASL video (not the first video) and you will see the techique.
