I love how mark was so distracted by the firefly he didn’t notice the ominous shadow figure watching him by the fountain and that is such a mood
  • The fact that Markiplier, in all of his years of gaming, still gets amazed by something as simple is basic fluid physics makes me smile.

This is honestly a really fun concept, a minimum wage worker sees horror stuff happening, ghosts & serial killers & what-not, and the worker is like "Look, I'm here to clean the toilets, I'm not being paid to deal with Jason Kruger." If done right, that'd be a good horror comedy & I'm glad Mark play these kinds of indie horror games rather than big AAA titles.

For once, this jumpscare feels earned. Got real lured into a false sense of security even when I normally shore myself up for it in the face of something spooky. Wore me down enough to not care when I saw the masked people in the window. Ten outta ten. Got me good.

It's actually really smart of the developers to force the player to turn away every now and then and make subtle changes and jump scares. Very simple but effective!

Markiplier saying “my name is Markiplier” feels refreshing everytime

I really wanted the twist to be that the window cleaner was the murderer's accomplice. Like you finish the last window and he's waiting in the truck all like "jobs done, let's get out of here bro".
  • @DavesNotHere
As someone who was a window cleaner for 7 years: 1. I wish they cleaned that easy 2. You would never clean windows at night. 3. You end up seeing a lot of stuff going on through the windows, but you just have to learn how to pretend you don’t see what’s going on. Retirement homes gave me some ptsd for sure.

I love how Mark’s mindset is “I’m just the window guy, it’s not my problem” as he hears and sees people being murdered
  • With Marks obsession with power washing and horror, this is such a perfect mix

I love that this culti/murder family's whole idea relies on a window cleaner 1. Not questioning blood on all the windows 2. Not caring about a literal break in 3. Not caring about watching people get murdered 4. Not caring about watching them drag the corpses up to the attic where he keeps moving I'll even go the extra step and say the kid waving to the window cleaner is the biggest red flag to get out because these people aren't normal.

I like to imagine that there's screaming, stuff being broken or thrown out the window (crowds are starting to form because of the noise) police has been called and then you just see Mark in the background humming to himself as he wipes down the windows.

Markiplier’s cleaning service. We love the company.
  • @skywatcher2025
Mark calling a firefly a butterfly was funnier that it should've been 😆
  • @Mister_Minty
The absolute scariest part is that they grab you when there's one window left to clean
  • @GameGodZERO
That was actually a pretty well done scare, since they set the expectation there's one more window and whatever will happen will happen then.
  • @virus99i75
"Markipliers cleaning service how can i clean you" its perfect
  • @dawninglight357
Markiplier: says that he's a good guy and a hero in the games Also Markiplier: casually lets this family get murdered without batting an eye
  • I like how our character has dialog yet completely ignoring the murder which kind of implies he's truly as profesional as Mark.
