This woman did literally everything you shouldnt do in a stalking situation.
  • @Clauds_Corner
The girls first mistake before even BEING with Liam was not having ANY curtains in her house 💀
  • @therealjibrano
dude that first jumpscare is so good. no music, nothing accentuating the scare, just pure raw "oh my god what the fuck"
  • @elijahe7612
That first instance of Liam standing up from under the counter was one of the most effective jumpscares I've ever experienced
  • @uninterestedYam
15:56 "I EAT.. PEOPLE.... also I love my granddaughter" We love a supportive grandpa who looks out for his grandkids. Right after his compulsive cannibalism
  • @pickles7691
always funny to think of mark basically just sitting there talking in the trust that lixian will edit himself in and not just make mark look like a maniac muttering to himself
  • @NextDrip9
10:25 - Something also useful, if you're driving and you think someone may be following you, turn left/right 4 times so you go in a circle- No-one is gunna do that unless they're specifically following you-
  • That first Liam reveal was great. I loved it.
The motion of getting up was slow and the grunt/clearing throat made it feel so much more real.
This isn’t some teleporting ghost, it’s a human being. That makes it a lot more terrifying in my opinion.

But the premise of “I gotta get water” was stupid as hell. It doesn’t make sense because there really wasn’t any logical reason it couldn’t have been a key or a phone.
In fact, it would’ve added to the terror, because it would mean that Liam was intentionally hiding near the phone/keys in order to catch her.

The comedic timing on each item gradually getting more horrific in the grandpa's basement was amazing
  • @primsine
The scariest part of this game is the absolute refusal to go to any authorities when being stalked so heavily.
  • @ruy_u
I feel like grandpa was in on it honestly, he told her to go by herself to a secluded mansion in the middle of the woods with literal coffins and torture equipment in the basement while a stalker is following her.
  • @LiesNDeceit
The scariest part of this is how many radiators grandpa has laying around
  • I'm desensitized to most jump scares at this point but holy shit, that stranger just suddenly running up to Mark in the parking lot got me. Goddamn. 💀
  • @kattriesgames
The jumpscare of actual men just approaching you out of nowhere is indeed a true horror.
  • @winterchill365
Grandpa being a mafia boss but a family man by heart would have been cool! Just imagining him appearing out of nowhere and pointing a gun behind Liam's head to save Kate at the last minute would have been menacing and badass!
  • @SvgeStarlight
Mark has the exactly accurate attitude of a young woman being harassed by men and it's genuinely so funny
  • @elisabeth6611
i love how mark says "that's actually a sensible thing to do" and then the rest of the game he's forced to make some of the worst safety decisions possible for a person who is actively being stalked
  • @kayleepotter5326
Mark discovering all the horrible things in the basement one by one was hilarious.
  • @furygeist
Marks advice is sound about knowing where police, fire, and medical is for when you are being followed in your car. Make sure to always file reports of harassment. The police may not be able to do anything, but it goes a long way towards getting an RO by starting a paper trail. Security cameras, camera doorbells, front and rear dash cams, all with sound, are a huge help in proving stalking. Make sure your inner circle and neighbors know. Make sure work knows. If a person shows up unannounced, TRESPASS THEM EVERY SINGLE TIME AND GET THE REPORT. An RO won't prevent a stalker from doing things to you, but if violated, they will at the very least face jail time. Always carry a legal weapon on your person, your phone, a back up battery charger for said phone, and a small flashlight. Make sure to create some last stand spaces in your home that can be locked and that have a bit of water, food, a weapon, and first aid. Work on methods of egress from your home, job, and stores you frequent. Do not keep silent. Make a scene, ask for help, have back up plans to your back up plans, and call the dang cops. You cannot read the mind of a stalker, you can just know they are obsessive, and if they escalate, it rarely goes well. Protect yourself and your peace. Also check all electronics, your car, and home for spying equipment, gps trackers, spyware, etc. Use secure lines only and use complicated passwords. Change your phone number if they obtain it and harass you via the phone. Always screenshot and save messages to a cloud service to be used as evidence if needed. Do not be passive. If there's one thing many stalking survivors regret, it's not speaking up and getting the cops looped in early. It sucks that the onus is shifted on you to protect yourself but that's just the way it is, so be vigilant and advocate for yourself as much as possible. It's NOT your fault, whatever the stalker does, but fault does little to protect you in the moment.

So a few things I am learning about Kate from this game.
    1. They are extremely gullible and have very little survival knowledge.
    2. They don't question anything.
    3. They may or may not be an exhibitionist due to lack of curtains and clear windows leading directly to their bath tub.
