FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg recaps a Wednesday filled with record highs across the Tampa Bay area and says we should expect another day of mid 90s on Thursday.

    96° in lower humidity is relatively comfortable. Compared to 81° and high humidity which is nearly unbearable.
