Being an empath, finding that "balance" is a constant... have been known to walk into a building and picking up immediately All the energies, I'll do a complete 360 and walk back out,...until I can "handle" it more easily...have been working on Lees suggestion of just taking a few minutes close my eyes...it is helping!! Being empath I find myself exhausted beyond at times...but I do always want to help and DO..esp for ALL the Animals, they are the very LOVES of MY LIFE....thank YOU Lee, I love your channel,,and I love YOU!! xxx Bless ALL!!!!

THANK YOU LEE.. for this video..IVE BEEN AN Intuitive all my life.. but on 4-20-16.. something MAGICAL Happened TO ME.. too much too list... I FELT THIS AMAZING LOVE..& SEEN RAINBOW ANGELS IN SKY.. & GOD,SPIRIT FACE.. also ASCENDED MASTERS.. took pic.. don't remember taking it.. & then felt on my back left shoulder blade.. as though a hand was touching me .. & Spine pulsates.. still do...& my INTUITION SKYROCKETED.. & that's when I discovered The word EMPATH.. was guided to EVERYTHING.. locations, ppl.. BEEN Going THROUGH A MAJOR TRANSFORMATION.. I've BEEN ALONE THROUGH MY Journey... my ex BETRAYED ME, had to cut ties with friends.. & family... WE ARE LIVING IN Amazing TIMES... & so Many PPL ARE ASLEEP... as an EMPATH.. it hurts my heart... so hard being an EMPATH.. I don't know what I've would have done if I didn't feel SPIRIT, ANGELS.. & HEAR THEM.. & see them... they bring me comfort in knowing.. IM NEVER ALONE.. NEVER WAS.. THANK YOU FOR YOU!!!

I dont know if I am an empath or not, but I do certainly not like gatherings of people, crowded areas, longer spendings with people timewise, etc because I feel exhausted and a bit lost and confused and drained of energy. I prefer alone time as much as possible. You have the kindest Eyes and face I have ever seen. You radiate goodness :)

Ah lee - I've been on a journey for while now - I mean 13 years and I've never found such an articulate and helpful video on the empathy dynamics that I didn't really understand. Thank you xxx

🙏 True message... mastering balance & spending energy / time to self exploration is key for long term success. That will allow to see hundred's "open doors" of possibilities and chose most relevant for specific time / place, in the same time keep balance no matter what.

Oh My Gawd. I'm always feeling down after a party or get together and always, always get a headache afterwards. I'm always seeked out to be the "shoulder to cry on". Ugh!!

We have to stay away from energy vampires too.. I had to leave an relationship because of this... It wasn’t the person who I was with but it was there family... also some of my family members too... Heavy energy!!! I struggle to there feeling of what they want me to be for them and who I really am... I have ended up to being alone...
