As a white adoptee with a Jamaican-American mother and Japanese/Irish-American father, I can say race means very little when a child needs a family.

I was adopted. Before i was adopted i was abused horribly. Thank you for saving this kid and showing him he deaerved to be in a loving family. They truly are heroes.

His "father" questioned him in court to intimidate him. He was brave to tell the truth - "YOU stabbed me." I can't imagine what this child went through. May he continue to heal ❤

His biological dad is pure evil. He even topped up what he did by trying to intimidate his son in court. The little boy is a brave young man and did well standing up to him. God bless him and his new family.

Let me get this straight. He murdered, then defended himself looking like a scrub brush and acting like he’s on Law And Order.

I’m adopted. My mother is an old white Jewish lady and I’m Native American. My mom always told me being adopted is special because you were chosen. Everyone else is pretty much “stuck” with whatever child comes out but my mother chose me.

We need more men in this world like Mike Blair. As a father I'm ugly crying right now with an intense mixture of emotions. I'm so glad that men like Mike exist to help make this often bleak world a better place.

I was adopted and I am so glad I was able to find a family and a mom who loved me. After having two failed foster homes at a young age I was starting to lose hope. I am so happy to be loved and safe and I wish that for everyone. To be safe and loved.
