Just yesterday they said it wouldn't go that far north. Just yesterday they said it wouldn't be stronger than a 3. I fell like they are making it up after it happens.

Im more worried about Haiti, they really dont need this right now. And naturally they will seek aid from RD and the relationship is rough right now. I could see US having to take in more refugees. I really hope haiti doesnt get hit too hard.
