Security Guards LOSE IT After FAILING To Deescalate!

His biggest mistake was confronting the security guards, before reporting the assault to the police. Sometimes all that matters is who called the cops first.

These security guards look exactly how you would expect them to look.

I work for PSC James Garfield was fired, so was the other officer on duty for lying to his superior.

Whether he was in the right or not, this guy didn’t do himself any favors by flipping out.

Having the beginning of the encounter would’ve made a drastic difference.

Dude should've never confronted the idiot security guards and instead called the police to report the assault.

I worked in security for 2.5 year in oklahoma. Company never gave me or my 4 coworkers any formal training, glad i was never dumb enough to assault anyone, and lucky enough to never needed contact with leo's while working since i had no guard card

How you treat people matters. You can stand up for your rights and be nice at the same time. And not for nothing. The more anger involved,the more likely it is to devolve into a competition,with nobody willing to shift their stance because they don't want to lose.. It is the difference between "name and badge number!" and "hey man,can i get your name and badge number?" It's the same question,except one is oozing with contempt. Again,it is about getting the change we all want. The government is a bureaucratic,unyielding,emotionless,detached nightmare but it is comprised of people. And people can sometimes be reasoned with but if they hate you they are more likely to continue down an illogical path because we are an emotional species..

Once they took his weapon away, their reason for holding him in cuffs that they stated was no longer valid...

Generally, as a rule, I've learned throughout my life that any company or organisation with the word 'professional' in the name, is compensating for something.

The cops definitely detained this man far too long, but him being super emotional doesn’t help things. He needs to pick and choose his battles and save the war for the courtroom.

Being legally arrested or being arrested are different in their legal standing, but the physical experience is much the same. If an officer has stopped you and you're not free to leave, you've been detained, once they handcuff you, you are restrained and arrested. Why can't the court see that?

If those security guards called the police & claimed the cameraman tried to stab them, then that is a false claim and is illegal.

What about the security guards false informing? Stating he threatened to stab people? Cops should have given those clowns a TON of grief !!!

I wonder if the suspect is watching this yelling at the screen.
