Why aren't the false accusers subject to criminal charges?
-
Falsely accusing someone of "sexual assault" should be a felony.
-
I despise pranksters with a fiery passion, but any woman who files a verifiably false SA accusation should be sentenced same as for SA.
-
Those guys were being absolutely insufferable but making a false sexual assault accusation over a juvenille interaction like that is insane
-
"If you're innocent, I'll give you front of the line passes." "Congrats, you're innocent! Here's a trespass warning."
-
As a cop if I get called to a sexual assault and see proof they lied I’m 100 percent taking you for filing a false police report.
-
That woman who made a fake report needs to be in jail.
-
If there wasn't a camera, they'd be incarcerated. Keep that in mind.
-
Shouldn't the woman be arrested for telling them about a false report?
-
Until people get charged for filing false police reports, this BS will continue. Enough of this already.
-
Trespassing these guys after falsely accusing them of a crime looks really bad for the company. Instead of apologizing, they decided to double-down on stupid.
-
I love how the one prankster wanted a picture with the cops, but he pointed to the security guard and said “not him though.” Savage! 😂😂
-
People need to understand how serious a claim of sexual assault is. Yeah, they were being asshats, but that is nowhere near worthy of their lives being completely destroyed by an accusation like that.
-
My first thought is why not try to go after the girls who falsely accused them of S.assault? As annoying as the YouTubers can be, the false accusations like that is completely wild and unjustified.
-
Falsely accusing others of a crime to get them in trouble should be punishable by at least 30 days in the county jail. No bond.
-
They shpuld charge people who lie and accuse others of sexual assault. PROVABLE that it was a false accusation
-
"You cut the line, hurr durr." "No, I didn’t." Wow, what a hilarious prank.
-
I was in security for decades. Almost every time I ever told someone to follow me, they did. Hint: don't follow the security guard. Just leave.

And Minnesotas Justice system is corrupt. Judge here in my town sentenced a cop who sexually assaulted multiple young girls 12 and under. Have him a stay of 25 and released after 13 months served throughout the trial but was given no prison time his crimes are all 1st degree. Something worth looking into
