What crimes would Mayor Shelbourne (Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs), Chester V (Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2) and Kingpin (Spiderman into the Spiderverse) be charged with?

A video examining what would Sony Animation villains be charged with if they were to be in court.

  • What if the "good guys" were charged for their crimes? Like Remy: stealing, health code violations, biting (assault), etc.

It's crazy how the mayor's charges piled up faster than the food at Swallow Falls
  • I like how for Chester V, stealing Flint Lockwood's little machine is grand larceny, but stealing an entire country is just "theft"
  • You forgot to charge the mayor for spending the whole city budget in Sardine Land without consulting anyone

I'd say Chester V should also get charged with some sort of ecoterrorism charge. As he shut down the machine knowing full well that its the heart of the ecosystem. Comparable to draining the amazon or polluting the great barrier reef. Now, I would usually also argue for a poaching charge, but cleaning up the food (including the food creatures, which the UN did know about, judging by the fact we already saw sentient gummy bears in the first movie) was what he was tasked to do, so I guess thats legal

That is probably not the world's largest sardine, either. Atlantic sardines grow up to be roughly 0.4 meters long, and an oil sardine was once measured at 2.72 meters. It is probably safe to assume that there are at least a few sardines living out there around 0.6 meters long, longer than average, but not by much. Flint is a lanky, tall looking guy, so I estimate that he's 1.8 meters tall. Looking at still images of him, his head is about 1/4 the size of his body, and his machine is about the size of his head. Thus, the machine is around 0.45 meters tall. It's a bit difficult to see, but when the machine bounces around the tank's struts, we can see the machine is half of the width of the struts. The fish appears to be less than half the width of the struts, so Shelbourne probably just took a random sardine. This sort of false advertising is probably a crime.

I love how most of kingpin's crimes are murder and attempted murder fits with his character honestly
  • I like how 2 of the characters on the thumbnail are really cartoony and then there’s just kingpin who emphasizes the style difference
  • 2:06 He did this for both. It's already established that he's power hungry and wants more out of his position and the island he's stuck on. With the help of Flint's invention being successful, the mayor took advantage of it and used him for money and power. Along the way, he developed a massive, blobby structure and a massive eating disorder. It's obviously used to symbolize how being power hungry makes you feel the need to gain more of it, no matter how much you've already gained.

"We interrupt our programmes for some BREAKING NEWS: Mousait has finally uploaded another video after an entire month's wait."
  • Chester also tries to drop Flints friends into that grinder which is essentially not only attempted murder but also attempted cannibalism
  • It was a very nice change of pace of villains who get charged for their crimes in succession instead of a video about a single character, well done Mousait. I'm amazed that Mayor Shellbourne, Chester V and Kingpin got the death penalty despite being Sony villains.
  • 5:18 This could count as hijacking because Chester V is putting the hijack usb to control the machine.
