Secretariat Tribute - R.I.P Big Red

People need to watch this video and forget about all the nonsense we deal with every day. These animals are beautiful and we should be thankful for having them in our lives RIP beautiful Secretariat.

He never let go of that colt inside of him. He loved his life and the folks in his life. What an amazing creation of God. Beauty is my favorite word to use to describe him. Pure beauty.

Secretariat isn't resting! He is running in the pastures in Heaven😍

I was in tears back then when I watched him run in those three incredible races, as I am now watching him run 48 years later. What a horse!

Watching him still makes my heart flutter and brings a tear to my eye.

I watched these races on TV and cried. I still cry watching them all these years later. Run free in God's green pastures, Big Red!

Not only was Secretariat the greatest race horse of all time......he was arguably the greatest ATHLETE of all time! Thanks for the memories Red.......

There is something that when you hear his name. You're like Where is he. It just makes you smile ❤❤❤❤. WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.❤❤❤

I truly believe that we would never have seen Secretariats full potential if, it wasn't for Sham. Sham was such a great horse! No one else could beat Sham. He probably would have won the triple crown! They were both pushing each other so hard at each race to give all they had. What great compliments they were to each other. But, Secretariat was just so fast! He was so amazing!!! The most exciting moment in sports history (to me). Thank you, Secretariat, we love you! Thank you, Sham! We love, too!

Poor Sham! He was one of the fastest racehorse's ever, but had the misfortune of facing Secretariat!

My affection for this horse is immense. We even bought a horse that looks like the legend.

That is the most passionate thing I have seen in sports. He ran with such purpose and heart. Inspirational

More of us than you can imagine. No horse was loved more.

What a amazing athlete, maybe the best to ever walk the earth! He did something in each triple crown race that’s not supposed to be possible... The derby running each 1/4 faster than the previous one, your not supposed to be able to go fast as the race goes on! The Preakness the speed in the first turn going from about 12 Lengths back going into the turn and coming out with the lead, not supposed to be able to go that fast in the turn! Belmont 2:24, winning by 31 lengths, not supposed to be able to win a 3 TC race by that much! One of a kind horse!!!

God blessed us with Big Red. Rest in powerful and precious peace, sir. You are immortal, forever with us. You are the horse God made and sent to earth to romp, race, and inspire for the rest of time. Bravo, Secretariat. Love to Sham, too.
