  • I think this was made by AI. For Washington state it shows the Washington monument and DC bridges 😂

Average home prices always surprise me, being so affordable. Even is so-called expensive states. Average home price in my area, $959,659 USD.

Washington has the announcer and photographer confused. Space Needle one shot and the Momument and White House in the next. Excuse me, it aint like that in two places
  • While I love it here in Washington (having moved here from California more than two decades ago), and there's no personal income tax, Washington's cost of living is HIGH!! It's hard for us retirement-aged citizens to find affordable housing. The prices of utilities and insurance are high. The cost of food is ridiculous, especially for fresh food in the cold months. Urban areas have some trouble with drug-related crime and violence. Still, I call Washington home. Oh! Medical care is great!!
  • What factors make these 10 states the most attractive destinations for movers in 2024?

Some of your views of Washington state are actually Washington DC
  • I just saw one of these saying Washington , Utah, Nevada and Az way too expensive......make up your minds
  • South Carolina is too small of a state to fit this many people.
  • No wonder maybe that's the reason why many musicians like to take residence in Las Vegas.

You need better continuity. When talking about Washington you had photos of Seattle which is in Washington. The photos were a mix from Washington and Washington DC.
  • If you are going to see the Lincoln Memorial in Washington State, make sure you have good shoes.

South Carolina #1? That doesn’t seem right.

I live in Southern California. There is no way that I would ever want to lose it. I love the beach. I love about. I’m close enough that I could go camping and beautiful, beautiful places and since I live close to the beach, I’ve got all the happy people down there on the strand, our problem is too many people want to move to California and it’s making it so expensive but I think it is the most state in the United States as we do everything we can to help the poor with the limited resources that we have
  • Texas "southern hospitality"? Maybe in rural far East Texas, but Texas lost its "southern-ness " decades ago with a large influx of people from the Midwest and East Coast. Of course, now it has many from California and the Latino/a/Latinez population is now the largest ethnic group in the state, unless "South" includes South of the Border and "Southern" California. Also, the home values are misleading. If you move out in the middle of nowhere, maybe you can pick up a home on the cheap, but if you plan on having any sort of job that pays anything and want to do anything besides sit at home, you are going to have to locate in or very near one of the urban metros where housing costs and property taxes are higher.
