The unions will be happy about her choice. He's pro-union.

“What a monster!” Walz quipped on CNN. “Kids are eating and having full bellies so they can go learn and women are making their own healthcare decisions ... So, if that’s where they want to label me, I’m more than happy to take the label.”

I think what’s most striking about him is he speaks to the lived experience and values of middle America in ways that are always in question with the left. He’s a very, very smart and unifying choice.

I love that she picked a former teacher, a veteran, and a true-blue democrat from the mid-west. Go Harris/Walz 2024!

Right of the bat, Walz didn't call Republicans "weird." He called JD Vance and Trump weird. He is a Democrat from a rural red district in a centrist state who believes in working with Republicans.

New VP pick Tim Waltz Waltz is the hugely popular governor of Minnesota. He's supported by unions and blue collar workers. He's supported by progressives and young people. He's supported by the agricultural Community by teachers. VP Harris just picked a VP who is supported by both Joe Manchin and AOC if ever there was a pick to unite the entire left and blue collar workers, she found him.
  • They knew who Kamala was vetting well in advance. They've had plenty of time to create 5-6 minute spots for each potential VP. This is basic news prep.

A former teacher, an Army vet, and a politician in my home state of Minnesota. I'm absolutely thrilled about this pick!

Seems like Kamala made a good choice for her VP. Now it looks like Trump and Vance are on the backfoot. I'll be curious to see how the debate goes next month.

Imagine being the person who put together the Shapiro video ☠️

Looks like a lot of consideration was taken when it came to choosing her VP. Trump admitted that he picked his VP because JD Vance liked him so much which I find a strange reason for such an important position. Trump also commented that the VP position was not important which is preposterous because this is the person who will run the Country if for some reason the President can no longer do it

As an Army Vet who values EDUCATION, I like and support this decision. I didn't know who he was until now. LFG!
