Hi Friends, presenting you farali or Vrat special Sabudana Vada. These vadas are easy and makes for a perfect fasting recipe. They are crunchy, tastes delicious. Do try this recipe at home 😊

Ingredients-

For Vada-
1 cup sabudana
3/4 cup water for soaking sabudana
3 boiled potatoes
1/2 cup roasted peanut powder
1 tblsp finely chopped ginger(1 inch piece)
1 tblsp finely chopped green chillies(3 green chillies)
1 tblsp powdered sugar(optional)
3 tsp sendha salt(rock salt) or as per your taste
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves(optional)
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 tblsp oil
1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds(Jeera)
10-12 finely chopped curry leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp red chilly flakes(optional)
Oil for deep frying

For Farali chutney-
1/cup peanuts
1 green chilly
1/2 tsp sendha salt(rock salt) or as per your taste
1 small piece of ginger
1/2 sugar(optional)
1/2 cup curd
1/4 cup water
