  • Chester was so ridiculously talented. The way he flawlessly went back and forth between regular singing to his signature scringing is just incredible.
  • I am a Japanese who had joined the American Linkin Park fan club in the past. Back then, there were no smartphones. The small paper that came with the first album was the membership form. I was able to fill it out by looking up English words using an electronic dictionary, but to be honest, I was worried about whether it would arrive in America with the membership fee. A few weeks later, an envelope arrived at my house from the Linkin Park fan club. Inside were a lot of Linkin Park goods, such as T-shirts, key chains, stickers, and original CDs. I was apparently successful. I remember being very happy. When they came to Japan, they had a live performance at Osaka Castle Hall in Osaka. I was able to participate in the meet and greet because I was a member, but I hesitated because I couldn't speak English and was embarrassed. In the end, I didn't go to see them before the live performance. Looking back now, I'm full of regrets. I should have gone to see everyone, even if I couldn't speak English, because I was able to meet Chester when he was alive. Before Chester passed away, he sang with Mike on a Japanese TV program. Chester was talking to the announcer in a very gentle voice. The last time I saw them was on a Japanese TV program. After that, I put Linkin Park on hold for a while. It was too sad. I think Chester himself was the most hurt. I don't know if Linkin Park will restart, but I'll keep an eye on them. Sorry for the long post.

The fact that even mike screamed a little with Chester on some parts is iconic

I used to watch LP when they used to upload 240p videos and now I get to see them in 1080p. Long way we've come.

I hope Kotaro is alive and well. It must feel so cool and special for him to finally see himself on a Linkin Park official video and hearing his voice on spotify. Long live Kotaro🤟
