Unfortunately, not everyone could be represented inthe movie because it was about Bob, not about his women, not about his kids, not about anyone else!

The movie was a segment of his life. I don't care what anyone says, RITA MARLEY was the backbone of BOB MARLEY & FAMILY. Without Rita, we wouldn't know who he was. She brought him to Rastafari, and started that journey. She took care of ALL their kids. She took care of his kids after he died. Rita even carried on his vision and adopted 35 kids in Ethiopia and supports 200 kids in Ghana. Bob's outside kids call her MAMA RITA, yes even Damian. They are a family and people need to stop worrying about his affairs and just the music. Bob was no different than Mick Jagger or Steven Tyler with the women. I love the movie.. #JahRastafari

This was an excellent documentary of his parents life. The actor Kingsley did an amazing job and the actress also act an amazing way. Bob was about peace, kind and love. Authentic creation.❤️ it.

It's beautiful the Marley kids love and care for each other. It is a testament to their parents' maturity and love. I feel like we the people on social media, can not ignore Rita's (wife) feelings. Rita Marley may be over it now after all these years, but you can at least acknowledge her hurt and pain back then. Rita put a strong 💪 face on and raised some of his kids produced during their marriage. Rita Marley, you are a beautiful soul, God will reward you.

The movie wasn't about Cindy! It was about Ziggy's parents! He told the story as he knew it! His right to do so! Excellent movie!

Great movie, loved it. They need a Netflix mini series as i'm sure there are a lot more stories that should be told ...

Too much people out there making up stories and trying to bring a whole negative vibe to this movie being released and also to the family…. Block the noise, Doesn’t matter what them others say Bob Marleys message will forever stay alive…. I enjoyed the movie very much, it was a very emotional for me and inspirational. I love Bob Marley.

Well Done Ziggy ignore any negative comments you can't please all the people all the time, i saw the movie the first day of it's release and the actor and actress portrayed Bob and Rita very well, some of it was quite emotional, it just makes people realise the real struggles that bob, Rita and the wailers went through.

Saw the film last night here in Atlanta and it was absolutely beautiful. I cried a lot because there were some moments that we so deep, and you could feel the culture in your spirit. The lady who played Rita was stunning. Going to see it again and can't wait. I loved seeing these amazing historical figures captured on screen: Bob, Rita, The Wailers, The I-Threes, the Marley kids, etc. Bless up, Bless up, Bless up!! #Jamaica #Reggae

I loved the movie. Well done. I agree with Ziggy’s and the Marley family with the casting. It was very spiritual and emotional and I don’t think a Jamaican would be able to hold the character like Kingsley did; meaning the emotional connection Jamaicans have with Bob would tear them apart. Kingsley’s performance was an “out-of-body” experience. 🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Why should Ziggy produce a movie that celebrates his father’s infidelities. The story is the life of his father and mother, and not the women that had his children. Why celebrate Gong’s mother and not the other children’s mother’s? Bob Marley was a married man. Don’t compare Breakshear to Rita? Rita is the star and embraced all Bob’s children and was kind to the mother’s. Rita is a brilliant woman who made beauty out of her ashes. Ziggy honored his mother as he should. If Ziggy’s other siblings want to do a documentary of their father, do so!
