What do you think is the most surprising fact about Bob Marley?
  • A true shepherd for Almighty Jah. A positive influence to me and my people. A shepherd we are grateful for with his voice with The Holy Spirit to let us know the messages we needed to be prepared for today. God Bless you Mr Bob Marley šŸ™ā˜€ļø

Bob was connected to a very high essence that those around him bathed in. He made his connections to the high & maintained it in life & music. Listening & seeing him perform is a religious experience as he conveys his connections for all to experience. Rastafari - Jah

Bob was baptised as an Ethiopian Orthodox Christian 7 months before his death On November 4, 1980, in a New York City hotel room, Bob Marley was baptized as a Christian, but few chronicles of the star's life mention it. The baptism of the reggae superstar and face of the Rastafarian movement into the Ethiopian Orthodox Church is a true storyā€”but also, for the most part, an untold one. I always thought Emperor Haile Selassie IĀ was a Rastafarian but he was Ethiopian Orthodox Christian. As a devout Christian, Emperor Selassie found his role as a messiah flattering, yet misguided. He did not rebuke Rastafarian beliefs, and stated he felt an obligation to remain respectful to their views.

Bob seemed to be such a spiritual person. This is such a good video. I believe his immune system was weakened by smoking too much ganja. As an ex-smoker, my immune system has benefitted greatly from stopping. Health is all-important, especially these days!!! Thanks for sharing this video!!šŸ˜Š

He really does resembles his father. No DNA needed. Itā€™s good that knows who his father is even if he wasnā€™t in his life as a father. I do wonder who was Bob Marleyā€™ father figure or adult male influence in his youth.
