I didn’t realize you guys had been in France for 20 years. If you haven’t done it already, it would be very interesting to have video on why you decided to leave the UK, what sort of adjustments you had to go through in the early years (and beyond) in Villefranche and whatever biographical information you’d like to add.

What a great episode! It's lovely to see Mr B back in the car; he's far more personable for us than, ahem, the previous guest. He has a radiant smile, and he's always suitably informed, but also aghast and reproving in all the right places.😉 I think that statue will now have extra attention paid to it, no doubt eliciting more shock from any passing Catholic ladies of a certain age who just happen to stray that way.
