Though he is the most brilliant villain the world has ever known, Megamind is the least successful. Defeated repeatedly by the heroic Metro Man, he is stunned when he finally manages to defeat his longtime enemy. However, without Metro Man, Megamind has no purpose in life, so he creates a new adversary who soon decides it's more fun to be a villain than a hero.

Fun fact: Watching this movie in the theatre was a great experience. When random citizen said "I love you, Metroman!" it almost sounded like someone in the theatre said it. The audio of some theatres really made it sound like that, causing me to look around for a moment. That is impressive!

The gloating got the better of metroman and mentioned he had enough of the nonsense and encouraged Megamind to do the right thing by being a hero of the good and defuse tighten's powers.

0:52 the prisoners didn't teach him about crime but instead taught him bad values in the form of a game While the other alien wasn't spoiled by riches but was taught good values about love selflessness and goodness and to use his abilities for doing good later on when hal becomes powerful u see he is spoiled with the riches his greed grows he has no values and expects riches and the girl to come to him (his selfish goals are more important)
