British Championship disability gymnast, Natasha Coates, 22, is allergic to everything. She has won 19 British titles and placed first in the British Disability Championships.

"You don't look sick." "You don't look disabled." These just show how ignorant we can be about the world.

I KNOW HER! Natasha taught me gymnastics for 2 years! She’s amazing and such a lovely person ♥️♥️ I also touched that pride of sport trophy that she shows and she was so inspirational!

I was diagnosed with MCAS 3 years ago. I lost count of how many times I’ve almost died in my life because of this condition. It makes me happy to see this be recognized all over the world. Also she is such an inspiration. I cannot do exercise without getting severely ill.
  • Poor baby. I can't imagine being allergic to everything. I hope she's ok during the virus
