Female shooter here. I have the DD M4V7 super light weight. I mounted a light, optic, back up sights and the warrior poet sling. It's perfect for me! Love your channel!
  • Haven't seen Chad nerd out on a Caliber in awhile kinda miss him 😅
  • Unfortunately for this discussion , the 12 gauge pump shotgun is all ‘ round best. Hunt small game, switch to slug barrel and hunt big game. Perfect for home protection.
  • IT should be perfectly clear to all red blooded patriotic Americans that the Daisy Red Ryder with the tactical compass and Tasco scope is the undisputed perfect rifle for all one eyed people. Ammo is cheap, plentiful, its stealthy silent, light, maneuverable, easy to maintain, high capacity, deadly accurate sub hour of angle accuracy out to 10yds, and anti 2a friendly given lever action but still fairly quick to cycle.

what you did last night for jared and the GOA was amazing, thank you kind sir!!

I needed some good old fashioned gun talk. Thanks. I personally like AR platform, 5.56, 16" carbine, mid length gas, with all the goodies. Then the AK47 Zastava with a side folding stock. Then my perfect after that is Henry side gate 20" 44 mag lever action with ghost ring sights. Those are my top 3. There are too many different applications and considerations to pick a perfect rifle but if I could have only one then a good 16"AR in 5.56 is my go to for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The American Do it all rifle.

I'm 63 with osteoarthritis and I use an AR-15 and a 22-250 wich work for me. The 22-250 is a great all around hunting rifle.
  • What constitutes the "perfect rifle" totally depends on the intended use and personal preference.
  • Howdy folks, I'm 69 years old and have been shooting since I was 8 having been taught by my grandfather who was a competition shooter. Military, police, contractor and civilian service shooting is my experience and I am very familiar with many different guns and calibers. So, with that being said, what is the perfect rifle? It's the one you have and KNOW how to use effectively (shot placement). You would be surprised what I have shot with a little 22lr. However, if I had to choose one rifle and only one for everything it would be the 25-06, bolt action, 26 inch barrel and a 1-8x40 scope.
  • Off topic but, It's awesome seeing how suppressor use is becoming more common every year!
  • @GUARDIAN.13
I like the 6.5 grendel. You have basically a 308 special and decent parts and ammo availability
  • As a fellow gun nut, and being raised by an old school cowboy like my dad was, I was influenced a bit on my firearms, I definitely want a semiautomatic, mag fed rifle.. I always like an AR and I’m not a snob about it, I like ‘em all, .556. I was in love with my Ruger Mini 14 though too.. those are my top probably .. but I like a good long range 308, 30-06, and I like to play with the old Marlin 336 30/30 also, just love ‘em . Carbines, long rifle, brush guns, it’s tough to pick.. I got love for them all.
  • @chrispolk93
I wish the 6.5 grendel would have gained more traction. Ar-15 platform super low recoil and very capable out to 1000
  • With all of the 6ARC talk I'm surprised the 6.5 Grendel wasn't mentioned until the viewer comments. Grendel has a bigger variety of bullets with more potential stopping power for big game or defense still using a small frame.
  • @Ceej3
These were the best videos. Eric and Chad just bs-ing about different topics.
  • @Steven-js8yk
AR platform, 18 inch barrel suppressor ready, 6.5 Grendel, piston system, Leupold 2x10 Mk 5 HD primary optic with an offset Eotech red dot (night vision compatible), and a detachable thermal for night ops, B. E. Meyers MAWL, full size A2 stock, spare parts and oil, 2 points sling, suppressor detachable BUIS. Done.
  • @jkellyid
Been a long time since I seen chad on a video had to come way back to find this one. These two have such a good dynamic.
  • Ruger Ranch 6.5 Grendel topped with Vortex Viper HS 2.5-10x44. Good up close and good a little further away.
  • The 6.5 Grendel would be absolutely the best it's got over 1,000 lb of knockdown coming from a 20 inch barrel at 400 yd
  • @Crypto-fj5gt
10/22 with 16' bull barrel, and scope. For defense I always grab a pistol, and handheld Malkoff light. If I could only have two guns, it would be my 10/22, and my Glock 19X.
