I dont dress my baby in clothes that reference dating (“sorry boys, daddy says no dating” etc) or anything sexual. I just find it so inappropriate and when its dealing with kids i dont think its funny. OP is definitely not the AHole

You are ALWAYS supposed to give a gift receipt when it comes to clothes. ESPECIALLY baby clothes that can be too small or too big!
  • I’m going to say NTA for the sandwich gift. The brother liked the gift and no one got hurt. It’s all fun

Providing a gift receipt is standard practice, that's why they have the gift receipt option when you purchase things.
  • I'm vegetarian and I absolutely hate when vegetarians/ vegans try to push beliefs on others. I would never even dream of suggesting that my boyfriend stops eating meat
  • Vegan myself, we dont have popeyes here though so cant comment on that. I'm not vegan because I don't think meat or dairy tastes bad, I'm doing because I don't want the harm, mistreatment and death of another animal for my meal when I can have a plant based alternative. I've not missed meat myself, and the alternatives that are made give me a harm free way of having meals I used to have before. Saying all that, it's a NTA for me, it sounds a lot like the husband isn't behind the diet change. He likely sneaks food whwn away from home or the wife isn't around because its not something he is doing for himself, so I don't see the chicken sandwiches are a bad thing to gift him. However he and his wife need to have a good chat about how they do this, because she has no right over his diet and beliefs, but he also shouldn't be just going along with it and doing things behind her back. You can have a plant based diet in the household, but then he is allowed whatever he wants elsewhere if that's his choice

NTA, on the sandwich thing. Your guest is totally right about the sister controlling what the better eats. Plus, sibling-sibling loyalty absolutely tops sensitivity to your siblings spouse 😂

With the baby clothes thing, i find those "jokes" very disgusting because you are literally sexualizing a baby. Also surprsingly, you can find those online! No customization needed. People have full blown store fronts with those baby clothes. And in my experience, those same people who always defend stuff like that try to claim gay people are the ones sexualizing kids 🤦🏾 and with the girl being oblivious story, i truly think she didn't see it. I really believe guys and girls can just be friends, but from what i've experienced in my life/ what i've seen on the internet, guys tend to go into friendships with women with ulterior motives and women usually just want a friend. And women are often very close with their friends so things like offering car rides, asking to hang out at random points in time, or some other things that would be seen as flirting to guys is not a "weird" thing for them.
  • NTA about the sandwich, the wife would probably disagree lol NTA about the raunchy onesie because would you gift a baby a shot glass? No it’s an inappropriate gift for the infant.

I like how the guest flipped the AITA title 😂 I’d have given him the PS4 controller and smuggled him the other gift behind the house 👀

gonna say NTA for the sandwich because its all in good fun, sis in law should have just laughed it off as a cheat day or something NTA for wanting to return the baby clothes, it feels weird to have sexual stuff on clothes meant for literal infants, also its perfectly okay to return gifts you dont like or think are unsuitable

"Tell him I'll get him peanut m&m's" 😂😂

I have been vegan and I am vegetarian, my choice for me, not for others. My husband and kids eat what they want, meat or otherwise. As long as they didn’t expect me to prepare it, I don’t mind them eating what they want.
  • @JMO03
For the sandwich gift, I think NTA. I’m allergic to dairy and if my brother got me an ice cream cake for my bday I’d laugh —so long as he had an alt for me lol
  • @alexistorrez1516
i was vegan for a year and started craving a crispy chicken sandwich. i said “one wont hurt” now im not vegan anymore 😭
  • I'm dying at Brandon's reaction during that last story! It was taking everything in him to not burst out laughing! 😂 😂 😂
  • Maddie suggested Blade as teenage boy name from the 90s but lemme just throw out Blaine lol 😅 I had TWO Blaine’s in my class and one had a peanut allergy so it was Blaine and Peanut Blaine 😂
