Hear me out. The nursery would be like kindergarten, middle school is where the apprentices is, the mentors are teachers, the leader (a.k.a blue star) is the headmaster, And we also have the deputy who will take over as headmaster when the leader “quits”, junior high school is like, when you will soon become a warrior. Then we have high school, you have already become a warrior, and then we have jobs, you are a full grown warrior. I think it makes sense?

The three would fit so well into a high school setting. Jayfeather would be the nerd, Hollyleaf would be goth, and Lionblaze would 100% be the jock. As for Dovewing, she'd be the ditsy popular girl who's not very smart but for some reason gets very good grades. All the others assume she might be cheating, but she's too honest for that. Tigerheart is the cool older university student.  Some other ideas include: Leafpool is the overachiever who seems to attract drama without meaning to. She's dating Crowfeather, who rides a motorsycle, wears exclusively leather jackets and goes to another school. Everyone else believes she made him up. Bristlefrost works insanely hard to get perfect grades. She cries in the bathroom if she doesn't perform well enough for her own standards during a test. Rootspring is just very talented and does good in school without a lot of effort. Shadowsight is homeschooled and has the young Puddleshine, who just finished university, as a private tutor. He's intelligent and very ceative, but his poor health held him back for a while, and he has difficulties with social interactions.

The clans: Public schools Rouges/Loners: Private School Kittypets: Homeschoolers The Dark Forest: That one group of kids that can find the answers to all the assignments in the school. Starclan: The head of the school district. If warrior cats were like school, how would warriors, apprentices, kits, etc. work? I think it would go like this: Kits are elementary kids, and queens are their teachers. Apprentices are middle schoolers. Warriors are high schoolers and above. Mentors privately tutor middle schoolers. When you graduate you can choose either to stay as a teacher or leave and actually have a stable job. Each school is K-12. Deputy wouldn't exist and the next principal is chosen by StarClan. A medicine apprentice is just a student that wants to be a doctor or the next school nurse. Territory battles are sports. Half-moon meetings are the nurses gathering to check and see if there is a large amount of one disease or one injury happening. The gathering is a monthly district assembly in the district building.
