Netanyahu vows strong response after deadly Golan Heights strike blamed on Hezbollah

Mr Netanyahu visited the scene in the mainly Druze town of Majdal Shams, in an area occupied by Israel. Hezbollah has denied being behind the attack - although both Israel and the United States say the Iranian-backed milita group were responsible. Our foreign affairs correspondent Secunder Kermani reports.

Perhaps Channel 4 has footage of the 10,000 kids murdered in Gaza that it would like to show us to balance out the horror.

None of the 12 victims are Israelis citizens. The Druze residents were offered israeli citizenship but mostly refused. They do have israeli residency cards but they are not israeli. They are Syrian citizens.

According to UN Resolution 497 (1981) 1. Decides that israeli decision to impose its law , jurisdication, and administration in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights is null and void and without international legal effect.

wouldn't be surprised if Israel done Golan Heights as an excuse for a stronger strike. Tactics like this have been used before.

Poor people. Palestinians have no idea how suffering a loss like that feels as they sit there in their nice, comfy piles of rubble, surrounded by the remains of their families and friends. The worst part is it's so hard to feel any sympathy for people who chose to live on stolen land. But my condolences to any of those people who lost loved ones and are not supporting the Jen O'Side.
