Better than apple pie! You'll bake this delicious cake EVERY DAY! Cake in 15 minutes.

Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
100 g/3.5 oz butter (5 tbsp.l)
120 g / 4.2 oz sugar (2/3 cup)
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
200 g/ 7 oz sour cream (1 cup)
250 g/ 8.8 oz flour (1 cup + 2/3 cup)
15 g/ 0.5 oz baking powder (3 tsp)
10 -12 pcs of plums
Topping:
60 g / 2 oz flour (3 tbsp.l)
60 g / 2 oz sugar (3 tbsp.l)
40 g / 1.4 oz butter (2 tbsp.l)
Bake in the oven for 55 minutes at 180C (360F)
